The beds were wonderful and the pillows were the best ever! I am very picky about my pillows but yours were the best! The room was very nice and clean and the towels were very large and fluffy. I would stay there again!! The breakfast was great my Granddaughters each found what they liked. The staff were very helpful and polite.

The cleanliness of the room and especially the bathroom was excellent! The beds were very comfy and welcoming. I was very impressed with overall stay!

Greeting us with warm smiles. I appreciated the clean, comfortable rooms and had a good stay, but the hotel could benefit from some updates, particularly in the bathroom areas.

The location great and unbeatable in the middle of jackson. Based next to waterfalls and other features, and a great restaurant, Crosswoods. The rooms with free breakfast. A wide array of decent food.

We had a problem getting the TV to come on. It finally came on that night but in the morning I like to watch the news and the TV seemed to be frozen up. It finally came on as we were leaving the room. Also, the Jacuzzi was not working properly.

I really enjoyed the hot breakfast—so nice to see it stocked even late in the morning! The room was spacious and the goodies to take home were a lovely surprise. However, the noise from the heat/AC was distracting at night, making it tough to sleep.

The Hampton Inn in Clarksville impressed me with how clean the room felt right when I walked in. I loved the fluffy pillows. They provided great comfort for a good night's sleep. Breakfast options were varied, and I appreciated the fresh fruit and the ample coffee supply. Staff at the front desk were helpful when I asked for extra towels and promptly delivered them. I did experience some noise disruptions from the adjacent rooms, which could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. The bathtub drainage was also slow, and I had to report it multiple times before it got resolved. The vending machine needed reloading, inconvenient.

Bathroom vent noisy

There is a wide array of fresh food for breakfast. Would love to come back for rest, appreciated this place.

Not even close to what I expected. My room was noisy with other guests slamming doors, and the bathroom fan was inoperative, how inconsiderate! I deserved an upgrade or at the very least a complimentary snack for my troubles, but clearly, they don't care. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The hotel features a cute atmosphere.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was noisy at night, difficult for me to get a restful sleep. I also found that the breakfast lacked variety, leaving me disappointed with food options.

I was greeted with a warm smile upon check-in, and the cleanliness of my room was excellent. The breakfast selection catered to all tastes and was always replenished quickly. I appreciated the complimentary cookies available in the lobby that added a personal touch to my stay.

Unfortunately, I experienced some noise disturbances from neighboring guests that disrupted my sleep. The bathroom fan was also out of order , a minor inconvenience.
